$3000/month

This is a monthly rental property. Month-long stays that include holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's) will incur an additional $400 fee.

Payable to Owner:

• Reservation Down Payment: see Rental Agreement
• Remaining rental fees 30 days prior to stay
• Cleaning Fee: $175

  Our preferred method of payment is Credit Card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
